Hazardous Material Investigation

WorkSafeBC requires that a hazardous materials investigation be completed before a building is renovated or demolished. Many municipalities require that this be done before permits will be issued.

Hazardous Materials Abatement Monitoring

WorkSafeBC regulations require that air monitoring be carried out during the removal of hazardous materials. This type of monitoring is specifically regulated for Asbestos and Lead Abatement. It may also be required for other materials such as Crystalline Silica.
